Do you show prices online?
We provide quotes based on style, color breakdown, and quantity. Please contact us for pricing.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 2 dozen (24 pcs) per order
Is there a minimum per color?
Yes. The minimum is 1 dozen (12 pcs) per color.
Are all catalog items always in stock?
Availability changes. We confirm stock and estimated shipping time when we receive your order request.
How long does it take to ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 2–5 business days after order confirmation and payment.
When is payment due?
Payment is due in full after the invoice is issued to confirm your order and begin processing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments, including Clover payment links.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if an item is defective?
If you receive defective items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your invoice number. We do not offer exchanges. Once verified, we will issue a refund for the defective quantity only.
